Today’s guest is Taylor Ray, Sydney FC star, Athletes Authority athlete and recently appointed captain on ACL United - an initiative from Medibank to support the research, development and support in women sport specifically around ACL injuries.

In this episode, Taylor shares the why behind ACL United, the drive for her to jump on board, where the program is heading, as well as her experience with x3 ACL injuries over her career sharing each of the injuries, the rehab journey and what evolved off the back of each injury physically and mentally plus all of the nuances involved in being an injured professional athlete plus a whole lot more.
