We love Kevin Smith films. We already did Clerks, which is arguably Kevin's Smith's best film but we have such a soft spot for Mallrats. We watched this movie together for the first time huddled around my 15in monitor in high school in 2001. This movie really gave breaks to some big time names. Ben Affleck was a relative unknown. Jason Lee was doing skateboarding. Jay and Silent Bob were on point of course and basically everything in this film works....except the alternate extended cut.
