If you're anything like me, you focus on nourishing yourself with whole foods, drink filtered water, take supplements to optimise your nutrition and the way you look and feel on a daily basis. You make an effort to move, follow mindfulness practises and you're working towards making your home a safe zone from EMF's. If you're not there yet, that's ok. One step at a time (my support here might help you along the way).

But I have a question for you. Have you ever considered how light impacts your health? Not just for absorbing vitamin D or preventing yourself from burning in the summer sun.

Light exposure can either help or hinder your health depending on the source and the time of day. Yes, this can impact your sleep, moods, energy levels and so much more. It's time to open this can of worms so you can understand why the natural and synthetic lighting you're exposed to matters and how you can make healthy decisions for your hormones, fertility, pregnancy and baby health.

Let me introduce you to an expert in this field, Daniel Ebbett for episode 81.
