And when I’m around people I don’t know, I agree! If you invite me to your house for coffee or Thanksgiving dinner, I would never bring this stuff up! But when I’m around people I do know and enjoy talking to, I love talking about this stuff. I don’t find it distasteful or controversial because as long as we can keep it open and non-judgmental even when we disagree, I think it’s good to talk about these things. So today's episode is around a sensitive subject, but one I think we can have a meaningful conversation here and better understand each other. This is the first installment of this spirituality series. In the next one we'll talk about how spirituality fits into yoga and whether yoga & religion/spirituality belong together or not. In the meantime, I'd love to hear your thoughts on all this! --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/badyogi/support
