This week on the podcast I am joined by Matt Adams. Matt is a work stress, burnout and anxiety expert offering training, speaking, consulting and coaching. Suffering stress and burnout in real estate at 24 then a severe panic attack at 27, Matt experienced up to 100 heart palpitations per day along with lightning shock sensations in his heart. Embarking on a 10-month self-rehab, he overcame his symptoms 100% naturally, without doctors, medicine, counselors or therapists.
