Motivation: 2 Moms 1 Mountain In this first episode from Balanced by Beth, listeners get to hear from Dr. Beth Teran as she interviews her workout partner and dear friend Leandra Soop. These two friends discuss their struggles and what motivates them to engage in emotional and physical health- and how the two are interconnected. Leandra has her Master’s in Social Work, specialized in clinical work with children and family. These two met 9 years ago when their son’s were playing AYSO soccer and were on Beth’s husbands team. Their current physical endeavour is running up Mt.Wilson trail every Sunday together.
