A very recent and tragic manslaughter case involving a s.4 (suicide pact) defence from The Homicide Act (1957).

Barrister Chris takes us through the tragic facts and the excellent judgement from Mr Justice Goose.

It is a horrible case, but the police, the prosecution, the judge and jury all work magnificently to ensure justice is done.

Also, is it time for the law on assisted suicide to be changed?
