Vlada Haggerty is an international makeup artist, photographer, and lip artist who hails from the Ukraine. She won multiple makeup competitions in Europe for her artistry. In 2014, she moved to Los Angeles, and using her own face as a canvas, she turned to lip art as a creative outlet which quickly became her own version of therapy. Vlada’s unique creations quickly drew attention on Instagram, with fans like @britneyspears posting her work regularly.
In this episode we speak about depression, how we can all get caught up in our heads and what everyone can do with their hands to help get them in the present moment and relieve stress.
