Recipe: Boiled & Grill Artichoke WITH Lemon Oregano & Garlic Butter
Yield: 6 Servings

Prep Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 35 mins Marinate: 40 Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins

INGREDIENTS
3 medium Artichokes with Stems
1/8 cup Himalayan Salt (for boiling water)
1 Medium Lemon
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/8 cup preferred White Vinegar
2 cloves Garlic crushed and minced
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted Butter , cut into 1/2" chunks
2 teaspoons Sea Salt , for sauce
2 Tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice (1/2 Lemon)
2 Tablespoons minced Fresh Oregano
fresh cracked Black Pepper, to taste
