You may have lived for years trying to fix what you were told was wrong with you
so the relationship would be better.
You probably poured just as much effort into trying to get your loved one to see reason, to work with you to resolve the problems but nothing ever changed.
Around and around the mountain you went for what felt like an eternity yet all you got for your efforts were sleepless nights, exhaustion, loneliness, and deteriorating self-esteem.
FINALLY something shifted and the relationship was forced to end one way or another.
You may have stumbled upon the truth toward the end of the relationship, or perhaps it took months or even years to connect the dots.
Yes, that person was a narcissist.
You didn’t want to believe it at first.
But as the denial crumbles and the light dawns, a sense of shock and dissonance settles in.
Join us as we discuss what this is all about how you can work through it an care for your heart in the process.
