2. Education on a mental health area
3. Support or engage with a cause that supports mental health

Action steps from the episode:
- GUT CHECK: Take inventory of the distractions in your life
- Step away from one of your distractions for a week and contemplate/journal these questions: What matters to you? What are your essentials?
- Journal on the quote "Great leaders make invisible decisions that lead to visible results."
