It's relatively cheap to heal your pain. It will cost you an internal resource that's abundantly available at all times. I'm referring, simply, to your attention. There's an enzyme of sorts in your attention that catalyzes the process of healing, that is the process of extracting the energy that is bound up in pain along with the wisdom that it has for our bodies and lives. And toward the end of the video I lead a little guided meditation to show you how to heal pain.
