We discuss how Lead U was created and how to turn your passions and skills into your career. JD explains his concept behind the Word of the Day (and gives an AMAZING example), and why you should figure what your "on the ride home" mentality is and means to you. We also discuss why it is hard to listen to yourself (even if you know best) and we finish some great rapid fire questions!
