Ashley Thompson is the Co-Founder and CEO of MUSH, healthy, ready-to-eat cold oats that are plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, wholesome and delicious. Ashley and her co-founder launched MUSH in 2015, with the conviction that easy, delicious, nutritious food can elevate the world in powerful ways.
