Businesscoach Monqiue Prins specialist in leiderschapsontwikkeling & familiebedrijven. Na het behalen van haar Bachelor Marketing, Sales en Communicatie vertrok deze nuchtere Zeeuwse naar het buitenland voor een Masters in Consumer Marketing. Terug in Nederland heeft zij verschillende functies vervuld bij Coca-Cola en Samsung, van Marketing Assistent tot B2C Channel Marketing Manager. En toen kwam de dag dat zij haar intrede nam in het familiebedrijf. Monique Prins vertelt openhartig over haar reis als ondernemer van commercieel directeur tot businesscoach en geeft een inkijkje in het reilen en zeilen van een familiebedrijf. De kern? Communicatie, leiderschap en daarin jezelf zijn en blijven. En vanuit die visie begeleidt zij tegenwoordig met veel succes menig ondernemer.
