She is the founder of Nourish to Thrive her remote nutritional therapy practice that helps woman across the country lose stubborn weight by balancing their hormones through nutrition and lab testing. Tanya is a functional nutritional therapy practitioner that has competed in national figure competitions and Crossfit competitions in the past and stays active by running Spartan Races and riding mountain and dirt bikes. Being a woman over 40 she has had firsthand experience with low energy, weight gain, and hormonal issues.
