An introduction and brief disclaimer. In this debut episode I embrace joy, laughter and self-expression and narrate poetry I've written personally. Names have been changed for privacy. Whilst not a mental health professional, shared content are true accounts of my personal caregiving journey.
'Carers Caress' is a testiment to the resilience found in care giving and the personal growth it brings. I explore the importence of self- care which was inspired by a well known quote by Michael Hyatt. 'You can't take care of anyone else unless you first take care of yourself.'
