I had a go at doing a half marathon trail run in 2023 on the beautiful estate of Cholmondeley Castle in Cheshire. It is one of my most favourite places and holds lots of really great memories, This podcast is about the Castle and Estate and some of the other events that I have attended there as well as how the trail run went. I hope that you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed running it, which is not a sentence I ever thought I would find myself saying or writing!
