This week I am covering motivation, having dragged myself out on a rainy bank holiday to cycle 6 miles and ride my pony after not having much sleep the night before due to a really sick Labrador I thought I would give you all a scary insight into how my brain works and how I stay motivated, how I set myself up for success and not failure and how I set myself goals and this week you will need a note pad and some paper as I am asking you to do some tasks yourselves.
