For centuries men and women across the globe have kept journals. Myself, I have journaled since I was a little girl and my journals have always been great companions. I truly believe journaling can make a real difference in your life and scientists agree. In today’s episode, I explain why I think you should make time to keep a journal and share with you some of the main benefits you can gain from this practice. I also offer a couple of exercises and suggestions that you can try out. Thank you for listening to the show. If you enjoy today’s episode please share it with your family and friends.
