I’ve had a fair few direct messages and emails from you guys relating to getting in shape for summer holidays and wanting to look your best on the beach.

Given that it’s now May, I thought I’d record a quick solo podcast to go over some fundamentals to help you get in the best possible shape you can in just 30 days.

Obviously an 8-12 week transformation timeframe would be easier to work with but that said, there’s no reason why you can’t step on to the beach or out to the pool in better shape, with more confidence and just generally feeling better about yourself with only a month to play with.

Here’s what you’re going to learn in today’s episode:

- The perfect amount of time required to get in decent shape - The ideal way to train to maximise your results in a short period of time - Why doing lots and lots of cardio isn’t going to help you look any better - Basic nutritional rules to follow to help get you quicker results - Simple mindset hacks to help keep you consistent - Some easy daily habits to implement to set you up to win on a daily basis - The power of visualisation
