Today’s episode is with the wonderful Melissa Buchan! It was wonderful getting to know her and her work helping women with one of the most important parts of their lives - their cycle.

During today’s episode, we really dug into the importance of charting your menstrual cycle. Not only can charting your cycle help you with things like fertility (or not getting pregnant!) but it can also help you better plan for your crazy life. Did you know there are four different phases in your cycle and you’re probably feeling a bit different in each!

In today’s episode we chat about:

  • Melissa's story with irregular, painful cycles & chronic fatigue

  • Why doctors immediately recommend the pill or IVF for anyone with irregular periods or PCOS

  • How Melissa helps women with PCOS to have a better cycle and conceive without IVF (if they want!)

  • What does is mean to chart your cycle and why is it important?

  • How our mood, creativity and energy change throughout our cycle
