Cinemosity is back to venerate those who have passed and report on the shade and notable entertainment news of the day! Sadly we lost horror legend Tobe Hooper, the crew ruminates on his career and the experiences they had with his classic movies such as The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Shade includes the failure of Megyn Kelly’s show on NBC, people trying to shame John Boyega for enjoying himself, and a white actor actually backing out of a role when he learned it was based on an Asian-American actor.
Our movie is FIST OF FURY, the Bruce Lee classic where a young student seeks revenge against the Japanese villains who murdered his Kung Fu master. It shows everything that Bruce was capable of in the many amazing fight scenes, moments of comedy and also moments of drama that required him to flex his acting muscles. Fist of Fury is a masterpiece that has shaped action cinema as we know it and is still full of examples on how to handle action well on-screen, especially close quarters combat. If you’ve not seen the work of Bruce Lee then Fist of Fury is a great place to start.
