This week we are talking with Jake Chard. Jake started casually running in 2017 as a way to lose weight. On a trip to visit his brother in Boston, he got bullied into doing a trail half marathon in May of 2018 and he’s been hooked on trail running ever since, completing distances from half marathon to 100 milers. Accomplishments would include winning the Thoroughbred 50k in 2019, and first place male at the 2023 Brookfield classic 50k.
