Welcome to the Co-Movement Gym Podcast! This week we are talking with Tommy Wheatley and Luke Kidwell. Raw Milk & Deadlifts was founded by lifelong friends Tommy Wheatley and Luke Kidwell. Growing up with no experience (or interest) in farming, their journey began in the gym during high-school. What started as a typical goal to gain a bit of muscle slowly turned into a passion for healthy eating, intentional living and an overall desire to know more about the food system. This ultimately led them into homesteading, and in 2020 they started Raw Milk & Deadlifts as a way to educate about fitness, real foods and blend their passions for old school strength training, traditional farming, and faith.
