This is the second conversation I have been able to have with Samantha, Co-Founder and CEO of Stream Dental HR. After our first conversation we knew there was lots we did not have time to cover and I was interested in having her on again.
There has been lots of development in the world Covid-19 and the discussions of vaccines, when will dental office employees be eligible to be vaccinated and what happens if an employee refuses the vaccine for a number of reasons.
We also wanted to discuss how to strategically use HR as a driver in the business and not just an ignored and overlooked necessity.
