Dr. Mike and I wanted to start off the first Friday of the New Year with our mini-series of podcasts. Our next few episodes will be with some of our past athletes that Mike and I work with together. The athletes will get a chance to talk about their experiences working with both of us. Enjoy this first episode with Emma Joyce who is currently attending Penn State (main campus) and playing club soccer there.
