So we thought lets invite Mr Baijiu , Hans Ngo to the podcast to explain this extraordinary chinese spirit.
Hans is a Sichuan Chef & Baijiu Sommelier. He promotes Baijiu in the Netherlands and also has his own Baijiu called CHEMSTERDAM . A combination of Hans his home town Chengdu and Amsterdam

THE CHAMBLE
30 ml Chemsterdam Baijiu
20 ml Lemon juice
10 ml Honey Syrup (Monin)
15 ml Creme de Mures
Fill glas with crushed
Add first 3 ingredients and stir 5 sec
Add more crushed ice
Pour creme de mures slowly over the crushed ice
