The aftershock of a break up will leave you feeling empty. Whether or not you have been together for a long time or a short time. Sometimes however we get stuck in a sadness cycle, and we don't know how to get out of it. This is where it's very important for us to understand that moving on is not only for our own mental and emotional health, but for our souls growth as well.
Sarah Mac will be talking about the importance of reconciling, the aftershock, and allowing ourselves to heal. In her experience the aftershock of a relationship death doesn't have a specific timeline, but there should be an expiration on how much time and energy is put into holding out hope and allowing the past, as well as the ex, to live rent free in your mind. If its meant to be, it will surely find you again.
As Sarah navigates through her personal experience with a love bombing relationship death, she shares her insight and journey with you.
