Confidence & Self Esteem Podcast

Very excited about this weeks Saturday Podcast, so thought I'd record a pre-podcast to explain the plan. My good friend Rob is looking for a creative outlet and is thinking about podcasting. He asked if he could watch me the next time i record and upload something and I said sure. So he's coming around today to see what I do...........so he thinks!
My plan is to record something with him. Throw him in the deep end and see how he gets on. Personally, I think he will come across really well on a podcast and if he's unhappy with any part of the recording we don't have to upload it. To me - I don't really see a down side.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this. I'm certainly not prepared to hide behind some carefully edited recording! So as ALWAYS you get the raw - unedited version. Just like with all shows - I need your feedback.
