Sarah Reddan is joined by Lynn to share her experience of managing mental health and how she has used self-care practices to support her mental health, find a more balanced life and create her own business. Lynn shares how she grew up supporting family members to manage mental health struggles and although she was supportive of them that she didn't really understand what they were experiencing until she went through her own mental health breakdown. She shares how her breakdown impacted how she lived life, what she was able to do, and her journey to balance and shares things that have helped which included starting Happy Kanga crafts during lockdown to help herself and other people.
