In this week's episode I speak to psychologist, psychotherapist and coach Nova Cobban all about post natal depression.
We discuss:

  • exercise and self care after pregnancy
  • postpartum depression and its impact on mothers and fathers

This is an important episode for any parent to listen to as it could help you to notice symptoms of PND in yourself. It also shows us that there is a happy life of the other side of post natal depression.
