Let them know that everyone is important and that you value their input. Don’t try to spin it; create a culture that lets you talk about it and determine the correct decision.

Sometimes, you need to move quickly, but you want the change to last. Pull on those who know more about the situation than you do. Information is easy to come by, but wisdom is harder to gather. In your industry, things are constantly changing, and you need to make sure you are adapting and growing. Remember, input is never wasted. It provides you with the information you need, and it gives your team the respect and value they deserve.
