In this episode we talked with CJ “The Movment Dr” about common CrossFit miseducation when it comes to injury. CJ specialize in Movement Assessment and re-education for Pain management. His practice is based out of Mako CrossFit but mostly remains nomadic visiting all the boxes in the area.
