What are your values and how are they connected to your goals? Have they been implanted? I also speak about how values can be brainwashed into you. How to go about setting your most important values, The Wheel of Life and how it connects to values. Then you can connect your values to your goals.
How does all this line up with your family, friends, & special person? Whether it be spiritual, ethical, family, home, financial, career, mental, educational, social, culture, physical or health, we can find our greatest of values and then wrap our goals around them. What are the most important areas of this? How does this help you? I give you my take on this and made you guys a few worksheets that you can use to help you figure out your goals.
