Jonah Garcia is an MPS technician in Columbus, Ohio and has been with the imageOne for 3 years. Prior to imageOne, Jonah has spent over 2 years as a Production Operator and then 9 years as a Lead Production Coordinator for FedEx Office. Ed Butts, an Managed Print Technician in Columbus, worked with Jonah at FedEx Office for 4 years and “twisted his arm” to join the imageOne team when an opening became available. While Jonah has over 10 years experience with copiers, scanners and large format plotters, he had never had to repair a device. That didn’t stop him from diving in and becoming a valued technical team member. He’s got a wonderful energy. And, in his free time, Jonah enjoys playing basketball, bike riding and spending time with his family and friends. One of the most significant life events he’s experienced since joining the team — adopting two children from his late sister in law, Hannah. She graduated in 2008 with a degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University and joined the imageOne team shortly thereafter. She currently lives in Fort Mill, South Carolina with her husband, Ryan. Dawn’s journey with imageOne started out in the Customer Care department, focusing on supporting our customers predominantly through our proactive toner replenishment program. She worked with IT professionals to install and troubleshoot the software applications used to manage their printer fleets. At the end of 2016 she expressed an interest in shifting gears to a role in HR. The timing was perfect as we identified a need in this area of the business and thought she would be a great fit. She brings an eagerness to learn, positive energy, and is thoughtful in developing and refining her skills to move imageOne forward. Dawn has a passion for travel and looks forward to taking yearly trips around the world to experience different cultures, ancient ruins, and food. This year, as part of her husband’s 40th birthday celebration, they plan on traveling to Alaska to see the Northern lights and go dog sledding. Nick Hienton is the Director of Remote Services for imageOne and has been with the company for seven years. He graduated with a degree in Political Science from the University of Akron in 2007 and joined the imageOne team shortly after. He is 33 years old and lives in Broadview Heights, Ohio with his wife, Amanda, his son, Logan and daughter, Riley. Nick notes that he has been at imageOne for nearly all of his life milestones - shortly after becoming a technician, he married his wife, bought a house, his wife received her Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner degrees, and his children were born. Nick came to imageOne by chance after passively looking for a new position. While he had limited IT experience prior to joining the team, he jokes that he had no printer maintenance experience at all. Despite this, Nick became a quick asset to the team and worked his way up to manage imageOne’s Nationwide account and is now Director of Remote Services. Nick has recently gotten into woodworking and furniture making, and also bought a motorcycle which he enjoys riding in his free time.
