Welcome to another episode of our side side dish: The Dream Dinner Party. This is the mini episode where we invite a guest to tell us their dream dinner party. They are allowed to invite 4 guests – dead or alive because really I think personally 5 people is the optimum number for a great dinner party. And they are going to be talking us through their dream menu.

My guest this week is Nina Parker . Nina is a London based chef and food writer.

She currently has three cookbooks and makes the most delicious collection of sauces under her brand Saucy. These plant-based jars of saucery (yes) are made for dripping, drizzling and frankly smothering over EVERYTHING. There’s chilli, oil, chilli sambal, peanut salsa, and as smoked pesto. All available from Nina’s website. You can find it here.

I love sauces like these are they elevate the every day – you can make something really simple like scrambled egg, drizzle over some sauce and in an instant you’ve turned it into something really special. I highly recommend.

The question is: who would you invite to your Dream Dinner Party and what would you serve them to eat?

Thank you so much for listening. Make sure you subscribe so you never miss an episode of Desert Island Dishes or the Dream Dinner Party.
