Sexual problems are more prevalent, than talked off. Most people will have sexual problems at some point in their lives, whether they have diabetes or not. And having diabetes doesn’t mean you will automatically have a problem. But people with diabetes are more at risk of sexual dysfunction (problems when you have sex). It's one of the complications of diabetes, which affects both men and women. It happens because of high blood sugar levels, as well as high blood pressure and blood fats (cholesterol).
