How do you handle reintroducing foods that you're scared to eat? Whether it's the fear of sugar causing weight gain or gluten causing gastric distress or whatever other foods are currently considered "bad", stressing about food almost always causes problems! Join us today as we share our experiences with our own fear foods over the years, how we (successfully!) reintroduced foods that used to make us sick or scared (or both) and as we dive into the reasons why stressing over food is bad for digestion, absorption and long-term health.
