If BMI isn't an accurate way to determine health (and it's not) and weight isn't an accurate way to determine health (and it's not) then what measurements should we be using to find out if we're healthy or not? Join us today as we discuss everything from "feeling healthy", to subjective observations (like sleep, fertility and mood), to objective blood work tests that you can use to evaluate your health. We also are reminded of the fact that we're all going to die someday regardless of how healthy we are, so we shouldn't be overly stressed about healthiness anyway!
