My guest on this episode is Courtney Swan of Realfoodology. Courtney has a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health and she is on a mission to change the way we eat. This conversation starts with food and healthy living and then shifts to other key areas of how she lives her most authentic life.

Courtney shares her experience with COVID, having it, as well as some of the trolling she’s experienced from sharing information on her social accounts.

We also get into the process of egg freezing that Courtney is going through right now - this is the first time we’ve talked about this here and I’m excited to bring you a first-hand experience.

As always - I encourage you to listen with an open mind and heart and remember this is just one person's experience. Always use the information and stories I share to make your own decisions that are best for your healthy living.

Highlights

  • 18:44 The first 3 things to do to step into a healthier lifestyle
  • 22:40 COVID and the many health questions surrounding it
