Have you heard?

The venerable food safety publication Food Safety News has reached its 14th birthday. It's ready to start high school!

14 years ago, nobody was talking about food safety except during MASSIVE outbreaks. Food Safety News has been working hard to change that--while also providing nearly limitless content for the Don't Eat Poop podcast.

This week, Matt and Francine pay tribute to this organization (full disclosure: both have written numerous articles for Food Safety News) as well as mapping out potential avenues it might take in the next 14 years.

  • (01:22) - Food Safety News milestone
  • (18:59) - Another food safety myth debunked!

Here is the article about refreezing thawed food.

We hope you enjoy this episode!
