Do you consider yourself a high achiever? Are you more accepting of yourself if you've "proven" you are worthy? If so, your sense of self-worth may be tied to your accomplishments. If that's the case, there is a high probability that you are struggling with imposter syndrome more than others. Additionally, you're likely to be managing a significant amount of stress. In this episode, we'll sort out the difference between stress and self-doubt so we can get to the root of imposter syndrome. We'll uncover the fear and limited belief that keeps us stuck in neutral so we can replace it with a higher truth and move forward!
