Tired of feeling inherently unworthy as a woman? In this episode, I discuss the worthiness wound, explaining what it is & how it manifests in every area of your life. The worthiness wound is a pervasive sense of unworthiness that lies deep in our bodies and souls, which leaves us feeling not enough and broken, disconnected from our true selves, unloveable, and ashamed of who we are. When we allow unworthiness to permeate into our lives, we hold ourselves back from freedom, joy, & connection. I also explain the benefits of healing our sense of unworthiness, as well as practices on how to understand the wound and grow in self-confidence.
