This episode is dedicated to those of us (myself included) that have turned down opportunities because we didn't feel ready, said no because we were afraid we might fail, or questioned ourselves & our capabilities to the extent that we ended up doing nothing at all. I don't care how unqualified you feel you might be, nothing will change unless you do & it starts with deciding that you are qualified, you are capable & now is the time to step into your potential.
