And don’t get me wrong, we all fall into this, and why wouldn’t we? It’s new, we’re motivated, we’re excited, we want to make a change and that’s great! But this intensity for our goals often results in an incredibly unsustainable, unrealistic and potentially unhealthy pursuit in reaching this goal.
