Brian Gryn is personal trainer and intermittent fasting expert. Brain became passionate about intermittent fasting after witnessing the benefits one of his pre-diabetic clients had with this method of fasting.

Since then, Brian has personally experienced great benefits through intermittent fasting, as well has helping many of his clients achieve their own health goals, whether it be weight loss, increased energy, or one of the many other health benefits of fasting 12 to 18 hours a day.
