Season 3 Episode 11
Original air date: 03/27/2023
Dr. Karen Cramer, owner and optometrist of her practice 20/20 Eyecare Solutions, joins me to have a layman's discussion of our personal experiences with our health and mental health, and how we found our eating habits affected it.

We do talk about food and nutrition, but we don't set out to demonize foods. Everyone has to eat according to what they have access to, what is affordable, and what environment folx have to prepare their food in. From each of our specific careers, we see how nutrition affects those persons we work with as well as our colleagues, family and friends.

PLEASE NOTE: We discuss multiple topics and some may be distressing to listeners: discussion food and eating routines.
DISCLAIMER STATEMENT: Both myself and my guest are not certified or licensed nutritionists, dieticians or specialist medical providers outside of our area of licensure. This is only our personal experiences and opinions, and in no way are we advocating for anyone to embark on any special diets or eating patterns without the proper support and guidance. Consult with your own Primary Care Provider and/or medical care team for any of your health concerns and dietary questions.
