Are you ready to be in your feminine? You may have an inkling of what feminine means to you, and it's continually continuing to evolve. Now are you ready? Are you ready for all the possibilities that feminine power brings to you?
This is not a time to judge yourself or feel like you're missing out. Simply check-in and acknowledge where you are in your journey toward human empowerment. There's no right or wrong. Because awareness is power. And that's what we want you to harness more of.
That's what we're about, bringing our feminine more to the forefront of our lives. As you step into our community you have the opportunity to get centered in your feminine essence and have that safe place where we can cultivate that energy and release that feminine energy out into the world.
When women immerse themselves in feminine energy and consciously connect to their feminine power, something beautiful opens up. And so by creating this community, we are seeing each other. We are seeing our own transformation and the transformation of others in front of our own eyes, and that allows us to see what's possible.
And I wanna clarify that. We do include honorable men in this conversation. Especially men who honor women and want to see them flourish in all their mix of energies. We have a safe space where we can cultivate more joy. We welcome the support of men who support women and hold that space for women to be in their power and honor women as equal partners and want to see women flourish in the world alongside men. So, it's all about bringing partnership and equality and the best of our feminine and masculine energies together.
SIGNS YOU'RE OUT OF FEMININE ENERGY
First, let's talk about what are the signs when a woman is out of her feminine. Do they feel unbalanced or what are the signs?
Well, one of the various signs is that they have a very, very busy calendar. They just keep themselves super busy and no time for them to slow down. There's that need for control control of the time, control of everything that is happening. And then the second sign is that it shows up in their body. Their body aches from headaches, and rigid thinking to feeling stiff or tense. Next, we find there is this element of fear, anxiety, and overthinking. And, we also see women out of their feminine and feeling guarded instead. They may find themselves saying, "I have a wall," or "I'm protecting myself."
The main one that I hear a lot from women is that they claim they never hear their intuition. And feel like it doesn't exist. Wow. They have zero connection with their body or feeling that they can hear their own intuition because they haven't practiced that. And then they start losing their own vibrancy. They find themselves saying, "I lost my purpose. I lost my light." So those are some of the signs that I've seen women have. People may chalk it up to feeling burned out.
Being out of balance and putting yourself on this exhausting treadmill with a busy calendar and/or being stressed out, can lead to burnout, and also typically means you're out of alignment with the feminine. It may be these aches and pains in the body may be trying to send the message that "I need to bring in something else and what I'm doing isn't is not helping as much as I think it should."
It's really our soul communicating that we're operating from this masculine energy and it's not working. It's the call of the feminine. And perhaps there is a new way of being to bring into our lives that we have access to but are not utilizing. When we identify these signs, I highly encourage you to embrace them.
Treat this as new information and see it in a new way. And then choose a new way of being. Don't use your burnout, or a stressful life to beat up on yourself. Please stop. That is counterproductive, and we want you to honor all parts of you. And even the part of you that is trying to do its best and it's breaking down. It's showing you that, hey, there, you've gotta do something else because "I'm tired I'm frustrated. I'm anxious. I'm tense. I don't feel my vibrancy. I want more joy."
That's good when you can acknowledge it because awareness is the first step in change.
HOW TO KNOW WHEN YOU'RE READY TO BE IN THE FEMININE
What do you think are the signs of people being ready to be in their feminine?
First of all, they recognize something's gotta change. To start stepping into the feminine, they're willing to slow down. That may not make sense to us. In fact, you might be wondering how is slowing down going to help me get more done? But if you're willing to entertain us just for a moment and consider it may just be that slowing down is a remedy to gain speed in the long run. Obviously simply going faster and faster and faster isn't working. It's also a good sign you're ready if you're feeling your emotions really deeply at the moment. That is a sign of being in the feminine. Whether they're positive or things that are saying things need to change, that's good. Your feminine language is your emotions and feelings. So being willing to hear and honor those messages from your soul is a sign of being ready to be in the feminine. And if you're willing to start realizing that self-acceptance, self-love, self-affirmation, and speaking nicely to yourself is needed, then you are ready.
Also when you are curious. When you are starting to wonder, it's like, is there something better? Is there something else that I am missing? Is there something else I should be looking for? And if I were to start that inner inquiry, that shows that you are ready. You may be ready to journal or you'll be ready to reflect you're ready to feel deeply, you're ready for your own self-love, you know, self-conversation with yourself. So if that inquiry includes, "There is there is more. Here's more. I deserve more. Yeah. Let's let's explore that," you are definitely ready to be in the feminine.
So when you're ready, be really kind to yourself. And I like to say, if you've experienced all of the signs that you're not in the feminine, then you might realize you're actually in a very tender place. And we want to honor that.
WHAT TO DO TO GET INTO THE FEMININE
Here's what you can do to get into the feminine. They can be very simple and subtle but can be very profound. Focus on your breathing, slow it down, and then deepen your breathing. So let's just all do that right now because why not?
Let's do a nice slower fuller breath in. And then as you're ready, emptying notice what part of your body might want some more attention. So if there is a tense part or a part that needs a little more loving. Yeah. You can put your hand on that part and then take a nice, low nurturing breath in, focusing in on that location. And then as you're ready, emptying out. Sometimes even sighing when you let go of that air is very nurturing. It's just saying I'm paying attention to you. I'm being the caregiver of myself. We can do that moment by moment if you're driving on the freeway, and if I feel tense and I realize I don't wanna be tense in my car. Then, take the next stretch of road to slow my car down just a little bit and slow my breathing down a little bit, and just let my body relax into the car and become more present. I'm a better driver that way. I feel better on the road. People around me aren't as scared of me.
I love that. That is a very simple, but so practical and powerful tip because it also brings you back to the present moment.
It also it allows you to sit with your emotions and what your body is feeling. You're not putting it down. You're not, like, ignoring it. It's like, I need to keep myself busy just by taking that breath. And like you said, and connection to your body. We all need more of that tenderness and more of that love. And we connect to our emotions and begin witnessing them and honoring them.
That brings me to another thing to align with the feminine. That is compassionate self-talk. When you're really hard on yourself, it's time to step up your awareness of that. See if you're willing to change it. See if you're willing to take those whips and change you use on yourself, and put them in a drawer, and then lock that drawer. Do that to the best of your ability. It may take practice not to beat yourself up. At least you can start by saying, "I am willing. I'm willing to be kind to myself." And a good practice to try out is to ask "What can you praise yourself for today?" And write down a small list of praises. Examples could be, I praise myself for getting out of bed, for getting a shower, for, thinking positively about somebody. It could be the littlest thing. you know, for coordinating an outing today, for putting on your sneakers with the intention of exercising. Yay, I did it. Maybe tomorrow you'll do some exercise.
And maybe you'll do something bigger, but give yourself credit for every little thing. There are people out there who can't do what you can do. And you can give yourself credit and you wanna keep yourself in the willing and able state. Everything kind you can do for yourself matters. I promise it'll spill over to other people too.
What you do for yourself that's good is good for everyone. Here's a little mantra: "If it's good for me. It's good for all around me." That is one of the feminine power card principles. Here's another one... practice compassion self-talk. if you can kick that up a notch it's a very good way to be in the feminine.
One of the best ways to get into your feminine is to dance. Yes. Move your body, mostly those hips. We've got so many emotions stuck in our heads and just like moving our heads or just doing big circles or putting on any music that our body needs to hear that moment. It could be a piece of slow music, or it could be rock and roll that lets you let go. Any music really sparks a joy for you. Move your body and just fully feel it.
The second way to be in your feminine is to add pleasure to your life. Little pleasures. One of the tips that I give my clients, is to create pleasure alarms. Set them three or four times a day. And when it rings, do something that indulges yourself in something. Maybe it's having that little chocolates and maybe it's having that glass of wine. Maybe it's going for a walk in nature. Whatever brings joy to you and gives you pleasure. Start connecting to your own pleasure. Ask yourself, how you can add more pleasure to your life. Let the light within you shine.
I think it's great to have an awareness of cultivating pleasure. So when that alarm goes off, even if it's taking a drink of water or your favorite, tea consciously. Enjoy it. Taste it. Choose the water that you love or the healthy drink that you like. and savor it.
There's something that when we are being in our feminine, it brings out our radiance and feels juicy. When we can slow life down, it doesn't mean not doing anything, it means bringing more presence to what you're doing that you like doing. That may simply look like being mindful and instead of talking and eating through my whole dinner, I'm gonna take a few minutes to actually taste this food and maybe slow down and enjoy the taste of the food, and/or prepare something that I really am going to enjoy. Just a little bit more.
My next suggestion is, to try saying no to the next request that you receive that you really don't wanna do. It could be somebody asking you to do a favor. And, by the way, no is a complete sentence. You don't need to make an excuse. See how powerful that is to simply decline.
And that's my favorite quote from Jane Fonda, "No is a complete sentence."
If you, have to say something else, you can say, No thank you. It may sound awkward, but here's a way you might practice it. Doing so adds grace to your life. For example, if you see somebody begging for money or they're asking for a donation or whatever, you can just look them in the eye with an acknowledging smile of their humanness and say, No thank you. You'll feel like You're taking care of yourself. And you honor them at the same time.
Often times we're afraid of missing out. They call it the FOMO. If we say no to an event, a party, or even a professional event. I invite you to tap in and if it's a no (not in your head, but in your soul) then go for the JOMO, which is the joy of missing out. And determine what can you do instead that you're going to enjoy so much better. Is it gonna be taking that bath? Is it finally going to be, sewing a button on a sweater and watching your favorite program on TV, or doing a meditation or whatever? Doing nothing, and having dedicated unscheduled time, where you allow yourself to do nothing is another form of slowing down. I know this feels almost counterintuitive and sounds like heresy to be saying all this.
The bottom line is to explore what brings you joy, slow down enough so you can learn more about what brings you joy, and practice it.
More many other tips that we can share about how to tap into your feminine, for sure. These suggestions that we just shared are a really good starting point that people can take and can do for sure. So I would invite our listeners to really reflect on What are the things that I can do or be to honor my feminine?
How can we honor the feminine today? And I noticed I you just got this new beautiful picture on your wall, And I feel like that's a way you're honoring the feminine as well.
Yeah. And that picture represents me being in my feminine too. So this is like, Yeah. That's my natural pleasure. I'm able to look at that picture and just be filled with joy. Bring in little things in your environment every day that spark joy for you as well. How can I honor my feminine more? How can I be more mindful? How can I just breed and connect to my body and be fully present?
Journal on this question: What are the little things I can do to honor myself today? It doesn't need to be this mountain. You don't need to hike to the top of it. Simply start paying attention to your feminine with these tiny little practices.
So let's pick a card from the deck of Feminine Power Cards. Joy is the path to love.
The pink side has a feminine power principle, and the back has a practice. And this practice happens to be a star in a smiley face, which means something to do and an affirmation. So the smiley face moved the affirmation.
Here's the affirmation. Joy is my birthright. I choose joy. Joy is my birthright. I choose joy.
The action is to choose one thing today that will cultivate joy.
Examples include lighting candles, bathing or singing, dancing, walking by the water, or even smiling. A smile can bring joy to your body. Just bring that sensation in once or twice today. That's so beautiful. Those little pleasures can be sprinkled throughout your day if you are ready to be in your feminine.
We just shared the signs that you are out of balance, and when to know that you are ready to be in your feminine, as well as a few little tips and tricks and feminine practices to honor your feminine.
