We talk about the differences between a shampoo bar vs a traditional liquid product and why you might want to make the change. They carry 12 different products and have a hair quiz to help you determine which is the best option for you. They also have different sizes for you to try.
We discuss why being a community focused sustainability is so important to her and the ethos of her company and really why it should be a big focus for all companies. We discuss the impacts shipping has been on small businesses especially in Canada and how she is opting to try to make her product available in all major cities so that everyone's carbon footprint is smaller when receiving the products. She also prioritizes providing above and beyond customer service whether that means updating her website when it feels too transactional to still taking an annual phone order from a women who also may just need a friendly voice to talk.
